The shipping time can be estimated as follows:

- EU: 3-7 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order leaves the nest.
We use tracked shipping, except if the transporter in your country doesn't have the tracking option.

Your hoodie is proudly made in Bangladesh 🇧🇩 The country has suffered from a bad reputation because of the exploitation of the local population and inhuman working conditions and we are aware of that.
However we shouldn't abandon an entire country based on that, but we should instead support the local population with fair salaries and descent working conditions.
We are very proud of the women and men making our hoodies with their incredible expertise and know-how.
The last manufacturing step happens in France, from where your hoodie is shipped 🇫🇷
Each step is checked 4 to 5 times, to make sure that your hoodie is as perfect as possible!
Organic cotton 🌱 loves sunlight and needs a rainy and a dry season. Ours grows in India, where all these conditions are naturally met!
Our recycled polyester ♻️ comes from plastic bottles which would likely have ended in the sea otherwise. Instead, we use it to strengthen your hoodie!
Sustainable fashion is at the core of our every decision. We focus on sourcing only sustainable materials and choosing our suppliers very carefully.
That's why we only use recycled or organic materials, avoid any pollutants and dangerous substances, and produce in fair and descent conditions.
We believe that this way we can make more durable hoodies, while taking care of our blue home and its inhabitants.

One main issue of the clothing industry is the waste caused by all unsold or returned products. As a responsible brand, we have decided not to produce a product if we are not sure that it will be worn.
When you order on our website, we finalize the manufacturing of your hoodie only after the order is placed: your hoodie is made specially for you!
It requires good logistics on our side, but this way we don't need to keep stocks and waste products, which makes our planet a little happier!
Your hoodie is made to last 💪 However here are some tips to make it last even longer:
- Wash and iron inside out
- Wash with similar colours
- Cold machine wash (max 30 °C or 90 °F)
- Do not iron on the design
When you place an order, the production process starts so we can't stop it.
However, when you receive your hoodie and you still want to change/return it, you can visit our return center and we will offer you a refund or an exchange if you are eligible.
Please note that the return shipping fees are at your charge except if you received a damaged product or a product you didn't order.

We’re so sorry if the hoodie you ordered arrived damaged or if you didn't received the one you ordered. We will of course help you, please follow the instructions on our return center and we will proceed to an exchange or a refund.
